My name is Andy and I have a passion for pain management and rehabilitation - working with patients who value their health to identify what has caused the pain or discomfort
to come about, utilising the most appropriate techniques to address the pain and advising on ways to minimise the chances of the discomfort returning.
I help people back onto the road of recovery, or where that is not always possible, find ways to help them manage their situation, reduce discomfort and discover effective self-management/help strategies. I particularly like working with those who value their health and lifestyle.
Once patients are out of pain, many choose to continue with preventative care, fitness yoga or exercise to help them maintain this new state.
