What is Fitness Flow Yoga?

Fitness Flow Yoga is based on a "vinyasa" style of yoga where there is an addition of movement between poses combined with attention to your breathing. The poses (or postures) can be demanding in their own right, so adding movement and breathing to your practice brings another level of challenge, enjoyment, achievement, focus, fun and a host of well documented health benefits.

Over time, these include increased physical strength, flexibility and stability along with the mental health and stress reduction benefits associated with exercise and fitness. Classes or Private Tuition are structured around a 1 hour flow which will get you moving, your heart rate up and mind centred. You'll leave class feeling better than before (and maybe a little bit sweaty too!)

Please Note: Yoga Classes are open to all; You do not have to be a patient of the clinic. Please contact Andy for further details.

Your Instructor

Andy's not only a chiropractor, he's also a personal development coach and a yoga instructor. He's had an interest in fitness throughout his career but especially since the pandemic after an extended recovery from an early case of Covid in 2020.

He's now able to offer yoga services to all patients as part of their ongoing preventative care.
