You will be asked to provide your name, address, date of birth and contact details when booking an appointment online. This is to ensure that we identify your booking properly and it helps us to prevent spammers. Information entered will be used solely for the purposes of servicing your booking.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all forms of card payments and bank transfer for package payments. A payment link will be sent to you on the morning of your appointment for use anytime on the day. We have moved away from cash payments, however if you want to pay cash, please speak to your practitioner before your appointment.

  • Do you accept private insurance payments (BUPA etc)?

    We are in the process of registering our practitioners with private insurance providers. We expect to be able to provide this service within the next couple of months.

  • I have an employee health insurance cash benefit, can I use this with you?

    Yes. We provide you with an insurance provider compliant invoice via email. You submit a claim with our invoice to your provider via their portal and they will reimburse you within the rules of your employee scheme.

  • Why do I need to provide my details when booking online?

    We ask you to provide this information so that your appointment can be associated accurately with your records and keeps information fully up-to-date. It also helps protect against spammers and keep free appointments available for our patients. Use the contact form if you prefer not to book online and one of will call you directly.

  • What happens next after I make a booking?

    You will receive a booking confirmation shortly after. This has all the details of your appointment and the location of the clinic. You will receive an email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. On the morning of your appointment, you will receive a text message health check/reminder (with payment link if not on a package).

  • How do I reschedule an appointment?

    There is a cancel booking link in your email confirmation. To reschedule, please cancel the booking and make another appointment. If within 24 hours of your appointment, please text your practitioner.

  • I can't find availability for the date/time I would like, can you help?

    If you cannot find a suitable first appointment, please use the contact form and we will endeavour to fit you in as quickly as possible. If booking a follow up, please contact your practitioner and they'll do their best to find something which will work for you.
