Working from Home

Even with the right equipment, working from home for extended periods can result in neck, shoulder or back pain and posture and stress-related headaches are commonplace. Even if you have a formal desk assessment for the home setup, no one teaches you how to use your own body in your new working environment.


We offer a remote 45-minute Zoom session, where we deliver awareness training to your staff on the common pitfalls of working from home, the common symptoms and how to address them; Covering what you should be looking out for and when to do something about it before you risk it developing into a bigger problem. This is followed by a general Q&A and then general desk-based mobility exercise plans for the neck, shoulders and lower back.


Participants may privately message the practitioners during the session if they have a question which they are not comfortable asking in front of their colleagues. After the session, we offer a discounted Virtual Care service with a virtual chiropractor, this is available for a month following the call for any of your team who may need personalised care. Employers can choose to fund or part-fund the follow up Virtual Care which encourages staff to take action to look after themselves when working from home.

Lockdown and Learn

A remote service delivered via Zoom including a 30-minute presentation with Q&A on a wide range of health and wellness topics. These are designed to enable your team to take active and practical care of themselves when working from home.


Topics range from how to prevent aches and pains, managing stress through to managing personal concentration and productivity. We survey the team beforehand to find out the topics your staff are really interested in and we tailor your programme from there. You may select and change modules that we offer according to your needs.


Offering your staff this service shows that you have a deep additional interest in their welfare during this period alongside the other activities you undertake. As registered primary healthcare professionals, our sessions are research and evidence-based and aimed at helping everyone.


We offer a confidential follow up service if someone wants to ask a general question but not in front of their colleagues.

Onsite Clinic Care

We’re pleased to be able to offer this service again from Monday 7th December 2020 for those companies who have staff onsite - We come to you to make this easier for you and your team.


It’s a great way to offer your employees physical healthcare options at times suitable to you in a Covid-19 secure manner, with minimal disruption to your office. Online booking and payment by staff will shortly be available.


You decide how much you wish to fund for your staff, we invoice you monthly and the employee pays their share upon booking. If you offer your staff a healthcare benefits scheme, our fees may be claimed back as we are registered primary healthcare professionals.


This works for any company where you can allocate a reserved private space within your office. Just no broom cupboards, waiting areas or printer rooms, OK? Yes, that has happened in the past but does not meet our stringent Covid-19 measures and practices!
